AnchorPort Most photo scanning services want you to put your family’s only copies in a box and mail them to a warehouse in another state. We don’t. AnchorPort Digital is based here on the Emerald Coast, and if you’re in Niceville, Bluewater Bay, or Valparaiso, we pick your photos up in person and bring them back the same way.
That’s the whole difference. Your originals stay in your county, in trusted hands, and you know exactly who has them.
What we scan

Every photo is handled individually. We don’t run them through a sheet feeder that can crease or tear a fifty-year-old print. Fragile, curled, and stuck-together photos get treated as the one-of-a-kind originals they are.
Prints are scanned at 600 dpi as standard, and slides and negatives at 2400 dpi. Faded and discolored prints can often be recovered — carefully, so they still look like your photos and not a filter.
What you get back
Your originals, returned to you. Plus a clean digital archive: true-to-life scans, grouped the way they came in (by album, box, or section), with no account needed to open them. The files are yours on a USB drive you keep.

Most jobs take 2–3 weeks, not months. Funeral or event this week? Call and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
If you’d like them to back up automatically and be reachable from your phone, we can set that up too — on whatever you already use, or on a private system of your own.
