The short version

We don’t run ads, analytics, or trackers on this site. We don’t sell anything about you. We won’t open your photos or files without asking first.

This website

There are no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking scripts on this site. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn’t send your information to anyone else. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

If you send us a message through the contact form, it’s stored by Netlify, our website host, and forwarded to us so we can reply. We delete form messages from Netlify within 90 days. If you email us, we keep the message so we can reply and keep a record of the work. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t share your details with anyone.

If you’re a client with a system we installed

Your system is yours, and so is the data on it. We keep maintenance access so we can update it, monitor it, and keep backups running. We use that access for maintenance and support only. We won’t open your photos or files without asking first. You can switch our access off at any time.

Your password vault is encrypted with a master password we never see or store.

If your plan includes off-site backup, your data is encrypted on your own system before it leaves your house, and it’s stored in a storage account registered in your name. The storage company can’t read it. We don’t keep copies of your data anywhere else.

Some features on your system look things up online, such as map images or movie information. Your photos and files are never included. You decide which of these features stay on, and we’ll switch off any you don’t want.

If we scan your photos

We work from a copy during the job and delete it once you confirm you have your files, unless you’ve asked us in writing to keep a 90-day safety copy. We don’t share, post, or show your images to anyone without your separate written permission.

What we never do

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. We don’t use your photos or files to train anything. We don’t use your data for advertising.
